The flowers didn't look that good when delivered. After a day they were wilting. So what was supposed to be a special addition was a flop.

So used Moonpig for some years and never had an issue.

It was my Granddaughter's 13th birthday, so a big one and ordered her a nice card as we live some distance away.

Got our dispatch e mail and delivery confirmation from Royal Mail. All good so far.

My Son later sent me a photo of the card that had arrived (see images attached).

It was for someone else, different card, name, everything and looks like it was for a much younger child.

I sent Moonpig a complaint e mail.

I had no response so went on their live chat. I was told they never received the e mail, strange as I had a delivery confirmation? They said it was human error and offered my a refund but nothing else.

There was no offer of compensation for their error or the embarrassment and distress caused.

I asked about their complaints procedure and was told they don't have one.

All complaints are dealt with by the customer service team and their decision was final.

I asked about an appeals process if I was unhappy and told they don't have one of them either.

Can you imagine if it had been and adult themed card delivered to the wrong person. Did the other kid get my granddaughters card, who knows?

So tuff if they mess up your order, no compensation and no way to challenge them re their mistakes.

Great customer service there Moonpig...

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. Full refund received. When ordering from Moonpig, make sure you uncheck the subscription box.

£9.99 has been taken out of my account for a subscription that I do not recall agreeing to. I am unable to talk to anyone to ask for a refund and stop future collections. Dreadful.

Not able to redeem voucher

We had a classic driving experience voucher to use, and when we go on the link sent and pick a venue, we cannot book. It does not give dates or availability in any shape or form or who to contact.

We have tried so many times in different ways, both through Moonpig, who say it's not them, and Buyagift, who you cannot contact, just speak to a screen. We are disappointed as this voucher is totally worthless.

Disappointed with chocolates use by date

My son had a card and Hotel Chocolat chocs delivered for my birthday on 9 April. They arrived, and it says sell by end of April.

In the shops, the sell-by date is approximately 5 months down the line.

I had the same with my Mother's Day chocs—sell by end of March. This is not good enough, and I will advise my son not to use Moonpig again.
