I ordered flowers and a card for my daughter as a surprise to be delivered on Saturday 29th March 2025, I received a confirmation that the packages would be delivered between 5.15pm and 6.15pm. At 6.07 I received an update that my package was five items away and should take about half an hour.
No package was delivered that night and when I went onto DPD site was advised it was sitting at their depot, can only assume the DPD driver
took the package back to the depot, as the map had previously had his van driving in Moodiesburn.
I contacted your online team via chat on the Sunday 30.03.25who advised the package should be delivered on that day, I asked them to contact DPD direct as this package should have been delivered the day before, was advised there is a one-to-two-day delivery time.
Completely ignored the fact that I had told them my package had been in the van but sent back to the depot. The package eventually was delivered at 3.30pm on the Sunday and had to be left with a neighbour, as it was mother's day and my daughter was at my home that day, the driver Craig was on time and very polite to my daughter's neighbour. This fiasco completely wasted the surprise for my daughter on the Saturday as I had to tell her about the flowers and card and my grandson couldn't give her the gift.
The flowers were delivered flat packed, which was not mentioned in the order, and due to the flowers being in transit since Friday there were some which were dead and the quality of the bouquet was not worth the £42, it was mostly foliage nothing like the advertised picture.
The card was lovely but would never order flowers from moon pig again, please advise as the flowers were not as advertised and as you can see by the picture of poor quality. They looked like supermarket flowers which is very upsetting, and they will not last the week.

I ordered flowers and a special card for my daughter to be delivered on Saturday 29th March. I received an alert my items would be delivered between 5.15pm and 6.15pm by DPD At 6.10pm I was advised I was five deliveries away but the items weren't delivered but sent back to depot.
I wasted four hours on Sunday, which was my mother's day to eventually contact someone at moonpig. They could only tell me the items ordered should be delivered on the Sunday or i could get a refund, they were eventually delivered 24 hrs late.
I am really angry as the flowers were flat packed and not worth the £42, a meagre amount and nothing like the spring collection I picked. Never again

Hi there I have had an occasion where moonlight plus has been taken out of my account and I physically cant remember if wanting to do that the last time I used this was probably February or late last year and today Ive purchased moonpig plus without any notice or permission

Problem with delivery
Parcel left at correct address but outside front door. Make sure you are inUnfortunately the house was empty as the people had moved without letting me know.
So they tried to find it to no avail. So they did not receive the gift and card.

For her birthday, she phoned me and asked why I sent her chocolate through the post. She never got the flowers and card until hours later; it totally spoiled it for her, and I am not happy at all.
I send most of my cards and gifts through Moonpig. It's made me hesitant about sending any more through Moonpig.
