The flowers were a gift for my 71st birthday. I followed all instructions as I have had sleeping flowers before. I had to throw so much away. Brocken and squashed stems and foliage. Also in the end had to cut them to quite short as stems continued to determinate so flipped over the vase. I am more disappointed for my family who sent them but will not tell them about this.

I followed all instructions and have had sleeping flowers before. But I had to dispose of lots of flowers and greenery because they were so Brocken. Also had to cut them down in the end quite short as so many stems were damaged. It was disappointing but Im more disappointed for my daughter in law who Sent them but I have not told them obviously

Terrible customer service

I've been using moonpig for years. Every year I send my fiance gifts straight to her place of work.

These gifts will usually contain multiple items, for example a hamper, with a card and flowers or flowers, with a bottle of prosecco and a card etc. Yesterday I placed an order for a bottle of Prosseco and a giant card which has been personalised detailing a surprise trip to Rome. Moonpig have now decided to change the way they do business. Instead of sending everything out together so that the recipient receives the entire order as one, they send items out separately.

Meaning they charge delivery charges for EACH item and they also arrive SEPARATELY.

My fiance has already received the bottle but not the card so the surprise of receiving both together has been ruined. After a lengthy live chat convo with moonpig, all I received was the usual robotic answers to my complaint. No apology, no understanding of the situation and no responsibility for their actions. I am truly gutted they have changed how they do business.

Now I will have to find an alternative option to surprise my fiance in the future. Congratulations moonpig...

you've joined the ever growing list of companies with *** customer service that do not care about their customers. You've just lost a loyal customer and I'm sure many more will follow once they realise what you have started doing!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Phone I phoned customer service they did not want to know unless I had a photo of balloon .My daughter emaild them and thay replaced both balloons next day

Ordered 3 balloons only 2 arrived tryed to phone customer service, phone number on thare web site given does not exist. Only by email or text talking, Tryed texting but the person would not help me because I did not have a photo of the balloons delivered. Thay left it like that . My order did not arrive at the designated address, called via on line, spoke to Alice, she said it would be delivered again yesterday! Still not delivered !!
