50th card..... No envelope

Placed order for a card for my sister's 50th birthday. It arrived promptly but no envelope.

What use if that if you are intending to post. Unhelpful customer service advised you need to tick for envelope. Really!!!

I have never bought a card and didn't get an envelope. Won't be using again and will stick to funky pigeon who know who to operate.
